The team of architecture of Barcelona MAB proposes to construct on the coasts of the principal cities, on the basis of a system that it is born of the synergy between an advanced work of civil architecture and of nautical engineering. The construction of houses is conceived in pontoons of concrete that shape the ideal emplacement to develop different floating typologies. The aim is to industrialize the architecture starting with communities and hotel resorts to be able to develop big metropolis that they will develop further this new way of life in touch with the sea.
MAB has achieved developing an architecture that is adapted to the heterogeneity that the United Arab Emirates receive. Since this economy bets for the tourism, the construction and the industry, a functional range will be developed according to different typologies of housing which suppose an alternative of dynamism and elasticity with regard to the traditional architecture. MAB conceives an architecture based on new urban development concepts that contemplate cities in constant development and movement.
